Track your order via shipping confirmation email: You will receive a shipping confirmation email after your order leaves our warehouse. This email contains tracking information, which you can use to track the shipment’s progress and get real-time updates.
Track via account login: You can also track your order by logging into your Osimona account using the email address you used to place the order. Click on your order; if your order has been shipped, you will find the tracking information on the order page.

My order seems to be stuck in transit or lost. What should I do?
If the tracking information shows that the package has not been updated for more than 48 hours or appears to be delayed, this is usually due to carrier scanning delays or system updates. Please wait a moment; the carrier will have time to update the tracking information and continue shipping the package. If there is still no progress after 48 hours, please contact us so we can investigate and provide further assistance.
My order shows as delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
First, please try again after the “Delivered” status has been displayed for 48 hours. Sometimes carriers will mark packages as delivered early. If you haven’t received your package after 48 hours, please try the following:
• Please verify that the delivery address on your order confirmation is accurate.
• Please look for delivery failure notifications from the courier company.
• Check your surroundings (porch, garage, mailbox, etc.) and ask neighbors or family members if they have signed for the package.
• Please note that some packages may be transferred between multiple carriers; please carefully check all your usual delivery addresses.
