Refund Policy

After receiving your return request, we will send you all the information via email, including a Return Authorization Code (RMA) and return instructions.


⏰ Return Timeframe

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for any reason (e.g., wrong size, not as expected, etc.). **Provided all items meet the return conditions.

• If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can assist you.


🔄 Exchange

Due to frequent inventory changes, we cannot process direct exchanges.

• Simply place an order through your account.

• Need help? Our team is happy to guide you through the entire process.

• Please note: Expired coupons cannot be used for new orders, but valid, unexpired coupons can.


✅ Return Eligibility

To ensure products remain in pristine condition, they must be:

• Brand new, unused, unworn, free of dog hair, cat hair, odors, or stains

• Original packaging intact, all tags undamaged

• Approved by our return policy

📦 Your Responsibility

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. To protect your rights, we recommend using a trackable courier company.

• Returns must be received within 15 days of RMA approval.

• Please carefully review the size chart before placing your order. We’re happy to answer any sizing questions before you purchase!

• Due to lighting or monitor settings, product photos may show slight color variations.


📬 Refund Processing

• After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved.

• If approved, we will process your refund, which will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days. Delayed or Unrefunded Refund:

• If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again.

• Then contact your credit card company. Refunds may take some time to process.

• Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to arrive.

• If you have completed all the above steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us: [email protected].

• Partial returns may incur a 20% restocking fee (we will notify you before processing).


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

• Pet stairs, food bowls

• Toys (durability cannot be guaranteed)

• Clothing

• Clearance items
